Manifestation by Bobby Ferrel follows five Christian missionaries sent to the Brazilian Amazon to evangelize the Kaluca tribe. They unknowingly awaken a dormant evil when they enter “Hell’s Hot Spot,” a supernatural boundary where the Angel of Death and its demonic legion reside.

The tribe has made a pact with this evil, and one by one, the missionaries are tempted through their personal weaknesses, lust, alcoholism, vanity, and identity, then killed and possessed. Two escapees find refuge with Padre Leon, a blind priest guarding a dark secret about the King James Bible. Despite escaping, they are recaptured and sacrificed, leaving the evil unleashed and hungry for more victims.
